GEORGIA HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

“I try to balance my nutrition, fuel my body with all the nutrition and focus on my gut health to boost my immune system."

Do you have a favorite exercise?

That is tricky for me to answer. Pilates Reformer and CrossFit are up there for sure. I keep my training quite varied, So it's fresh and fun. I love how Pilates makes me feel, and I will do it until I die. As for CrossFit, the community

Aspect is massive for me. It's all good vibes.

What do you love the most about living in London and Kuwait?

Living in London is exciting; there is so much to do. I get to keep my week varied. Gigs, exhibitions, new workout classes, restaurants, etc., so I love that aspect. On the other hand, I love that I can focus more on Kuwait. Time slows down for me there. I can focus on my goals and see friends and family. I also love the sea and the sun; Kuwait has lots of that.

What helpful advice would you give someone considering getting in shape who hasn't trained in a while?

the best advice I would give to someone starting up their training after a rest period would be to start small. For example, you could run 30mins before, then begin in small increments and let your body catch up. So crawl before you can walk; this will prevent injury. You probably heard it before, but it's all part of the process. As a Pilates instructor, starting with the core is a risk-free zone.

How to deal with times when you feel down and do not feel like going to the gym?

Trust me, we all have these days, myself included. I have friends I train with most days, so having someone to work with keeps me in check. 9/10 once I'm there, I'm already feeling better. On days when I'm going solo, I like to blast some good music and get up and go. I have never regretted going to the gym.

Since you are an ambassador with LULU Lemon, what activewear should every girl have in her drawer?

Balance is everything. Lulu lemon's materials are soft, making you feel comfy and free to move. I love it! I have worn their sets on top of the Himalayas, to CrossFit classes, and even to grab a cup of coffee

What does your diet look like? How do you balance it while traveling?

I try to be balanced with my nutrition. I eat the cake without feeling guilty. For Each meal, I try to fuel myself and get all the nutrients I need. For the last few years, I have been focusing on my gut health more to boost my immune system, so I have a lot of fermented foods I have been adding. I have seen great results, and my kimchi is on point now.

While traveling, I eat as local and seasonal as possible. I'm mostly plant-based, which keeps me eating clean everywhere I go I always take food when

flying as I do not find food suitable for me, and I try to have fun with food abroad
