Floret is not just a restaurant. It is a lifestyle, a community, a place to unwind and re-energize. We attract a community of unconventional thinkers, spiritual seekers, entrepreneurs and nomadic travelers. We are fortunate to have a robust loyal clientele from our unique menu offering, interior design, and atmosphere. The outdoor space often changes, as we like to keep things fresh & exciting (just like our seasonal menus!). The indoor space at Floret remains the same and follows a very down-to-earth vibe that beautifully associates rooted seeds with blooming change.
What is the main takeaway you want floret visitors to have once they leave?
Our tribe always shares how relaxed, recharged, and energized they feel after visiting floret. Despite being located in the heart of Florence, inside Louis Via Roma, the space is tucked away as a secret Oasis where people can escape from the busy streets and take a moment for themselves. We want our tribe to feel pampered, nourished, and “taken care” of by our staff and our SMART FOOD. One of the most beautiful feedback and compliment we get from our clients is that they feel like they can satisfyingly eat “guilt-free” as they would do at home.
To what extent does Floret get its origin from you?
We get influenced by diverse gastronomies. Besides, my versatility, multicultural background, and natural curiosity are fundamental elements that I enjoy adding to Floret’s spirit. And even though Florence is where we get part of our ideas, we see this city as the heart where all the inspiration we have fuses.
